Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is completed.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once processed, orders can rarely be changed or cancelled. Please check carefully before submitting.
What is your return & refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Sale items cannot be refunded.

How long is processing & shipping time?
Processing: 1–3 business days.
Shipping: 5–8 business days (free worldwide).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on all orders to 238 countries including US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
When will I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
We cannot ship to PO Boxes for express shipping or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).

How do I use a discount code?

Can I use multiple discounts on one order?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
